02/ Challenge
The challenge
Commercial cleaning buyers need to establish fit quickly. They may be comparing providers across very different environments, schedules, hygiene expectations, and procurement requirements, while also looking for basic trust signals before sharing contact details. A broad list of services can easily become a wall of undifferentiated copy, and a generic contact page can leave the provider without enough context to respond usefully.
The delivered site addresses that communication problem by separating company credibility, service exploration, and quote intake into a compact four-route experience. The commercial-cleaning page contains nine expandable service topics, allowing visitors to scan the range first and open the detail that matches their facility. Persistent phone and quote actions keep the next step visible, while the contact form asks for service type, frequency, preferred date, and a message instead of relying on an unstructured email alone.
03/ Approach
Our approach
Lead with the two buyer actions
The interface repeatedly presents a phone path and a quote path. This creates a simple choice for visitors who either want an immediate conversation or are ready to send structured project information.
Make a broad service catalogue scannable
Nine commercial-cleaning topics sit inside an accordion on one focused service page. The pattern keeps the overview compact while preserving detailed inclusions for visitors who need them.
Build trust into the browsing path
The experience pairs service information with company background, working values, service assurances, equipment notes, and contact details. Those elements answer common qualification questions without forcing the visitor through a long sequence of pages.
Keep the experience responsive and action-oriented
The layout adapts the full-width navigation and image-led hero to a compact mobile presentation. Strong red calls to action remain visually distinct, while recurring quote prompts connect discovery pages back to the contact flow.
